Vinyasa Power Yoga
Vinyasa Power Yoga is a fast paced style of yoga linking breath to movement while building strength and endurance. Class is led by Physical Therapist and certified Yoga instructor, Dr. Eric Eickholtz. Yoga classes are held on the 5th Floor in the Chicago Dance Studio.
