Our trainers will motivate you, keep you accountable, and help you overcome fitness plateaus.
Clients also have the option of joining the Motus Fitness app. The app consists of personalized workouts designed by your trainer to guide you in your home workouts.

Semi-Private Training
Personal training sessions in groups of 2 to 4 people designed to work every major muscle group, plus cardio training. Just like private training, each person receives individualized attention and their own fitness plan based on their goals. Semi-private training has the added benefit of building comradery and connections with others who are also looking to improve their health and wellness.

Private sessions, duets, and group classes utilizing Reformers, Cadillacs, Pilates chairs, ladder barrel, and other accessories designed to lengthen, strengthen, and tone the body while increasing mindfulness and reducing stress.
