Erin holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is a proud mother of four. As co-owner of Motus and a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through Polestar Pilates, she combines her love of movement with a deep understanding of how people learn and grow. A lifelong athlete with a background in tennis, volleyball, gymnastics, and cheer, Erin is passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and connection through mindful movement.
