    Our reformer Pilates and personal training studio is located on the 3rd floor.

    We also have a dedicated group fitness studio on the 1st floor of the building.


  • Yes. Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood and parking is typically easy to find.

    There is also a paid parking lot located across Sedgwick Street for those who prefer off-street parking.

    Please note that the parking lot attached to our building is reserved parking only and is not available for Motus clients.

    Our goal is to help clients move better, feel better, and build strength for everyday life.

  • Reformer classes, personal training, and private Pilates sessions are located in our Main Studio on the 3rd floor.

  • Yoga, Pilates Mat and Sound bath meditation sessions are held in our first floor group fitness studio.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing with no zippers, snaps or buckles.

    Grip socks are required for Pilates classes and are available for purchase at the studio.

  • Private Pilates and personal training sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance.

    Classes may be canceled up to 12 hours before the start of class.

    • Clients using class packs or single class credits who cancel less than 12 hours before class will forfeit their class credit.

    • Unlimited Membership holders who cancel within 12 hours of class or do not attend a reserved class will be charged a $15 late cancellation/no-show fee.

    • Early cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled class time may be canceled without penalty.

    Our cancellation policy helps ensure that waitlisted clients have the opportunity to attend classes.

  • Classes can be booked online through our scheduling system on our website or the Motus app. Classes must be reserved in advance.


  • If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist.

    If a spot becomes available more than two hours before class, the next person on the waitlist will automatically be added to the class.

    Within two hours of class, waitlisted clients will be notified of the opening and may choose to book the available spot.

  • Yes. We offer memberships and class packages designed to fit a variety of schedules and goals. Membership options include access to Pilates classes and wellness services.


  • No. Memberships are only required for recurring class memberships and membership-based amenities. Personal Training and Private Pilates sessions can be purchased and booked individually or as part of a package without a membership.

    Whether you’re looking for one-on-one Pilates instruction, personal training, rehabilitation-focused exercise, or specialized programming, you are welcome to book sessions without committing to a membership.

  • Motus offers a variety of recovery services designed to help you feel your best, improve performance, and support overall wellness. Recovery options include:

    • Infrared Sauna – Promotes relaxation, circulation, and recovery through gentle heat therapy.

    • Cold Plunge – Helps reduce inflammation, support recovery, and boost energy.

    • Compression Boots – Uses dynamic air compression to improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and aid recovery after exercise or long periods of standing.

    • Massage Therapy – Available by appointment to help relieve tension, improve mobility, and support recovery.

    Recovery services may be booked individually or included with select memberships.
