Personal Training

Functional Strength Training Designed Around You

At Motus Functional Fitness & Pilates, personal training is built around the belief that your training should be as unique as your body. Our approach combines functional strength training, Applied Functional Science principles, mobility, and purposeful movement to help you build a stronger, more capable body.

Rather than focusing on isolated exercises or generic workouts, we look at how your body moves as a whole and create a program designed around your goals, abilities, and lifestyle. Our experienced trainers use principles of biomechanics, resistance training, mobility, and stability to improve strength, balance, coordination, movement efficiency, and confidence.

Private Personal Training

One-on-One Coaching Tailored to Your Goals

Private personal training provides a fully customized experience designed around your individual needs and objectives. Your trainer will assess your movement, understand your goals, and create a progressive program focused on improving strength, mobility, stability, and overall performance.

Sessions may incorporate functional strength training, mobility work, and recovery strategies to help you move better and build a stronger foundation.

Private training is ideal for those seeking:

  • Personalized programming and expert coaching

  • Individual attention and accountability

  • Support with strength, mobility, or performance goals

  • A sustainable approach to fitness

Semi-Private Personal Training

Personalized Coaching in a Small Group Setting

Semi-private training combines the benefits of personal training with the motivation and energy of a small group environment. With two to 5 clients per session, you receive individualized programming and hands-on coaching while training alongside others with similar goals.

Each client follows a program tailored to their abilities, allowing for a more focused and personal experience than traditional group fitness.

Semi-private training is ideal for those who want:

  • Expert coaching in a supportive environment

  • Personalized workouts with added accountability

  • A smaller, more focused alternative to a gym setting

  • A cost-effective way to achieve their fitness goals
