Samantha (Sam) is a Chicago-based group fitness instructor with a passion for empowering others through movement. Certified in Yoga (200 hours),Yoga Sculpt, and Group Fitness, Sam brings high energy, thoughtful sequencing, and smiles to every class. She blends strength, mindfulness, and music to create motivating and transformative fitness experiences for all levels. Outside of the studio, she is the Senior Assistant Director for Alumni Engagement at Loyola University Chicago. When she is not teaching or working her 9-5, you can find Sam cooking, baking, traveling, and hand embroidering something fun. She grew up in Chicago's northern suburbs and lives in South Loop with her husband, Vivek, and dog, Raja.
